Challenge

Fluvius faced a major challenge: rapidly hiring large numbers of technicians for various technical roles—such as digital meter installation—while maintaining high quality. At the same time, there was a strong need to upskill their existing technical workforce.

Solution

TEO and Fluvius joined forces to design a Technical Bootcamp from scratch: a three-month dual learning program combining TEO-training with on-the-job experience in the field. With over 20 modules, we built a complete technical learning path, including assessments and exams. Successful participants progress directly to onsite deployment.

Result

Fluvius and TEO have already delivered three Technical Bootcamps, with a fourth edition planned for 2026. With a deployment conversion rate of over 90%, this approach has proven to be highly successful.
